On October 12th the Executive Chef, Francesco Carli and Nicola Finamore, the new Chef of Cipriani Restaurant, gave a special Cooking Class for 12 'little' guests in celebration of Children's Day.

The children had a lot of fun learning how to prepare cookies with a personalized apron and hat with each of their names on it. At the end they tasted their own recipes and the result was a success. Of course, after that, they couldn't resist a food fight with lots of flour across the room!
