Terms and Conditions:

• The rates above are subject to 10% of service tax, 5% of city tax and an optional tourism tax of R$ 9.00 per night;
• Pre-payment of 20% of the package is required within 48 hours after booking confirmation;
• Balance of the package payment should be made on October 26th 2009;
• Pre-payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation;
