Programme of Festivities 

New Year’s Eve Party, December 31st

Noble, Golden and Reception Rooms      from 8 p.m 
Buffet dinner prepared by executive chef Francesco Carli including beverages.
Live band  from 9 p.m and, at midnight, fireworks can be seen from our veranda facing Copacabana  Beach.
Tables will be for 10 or 12 people, in the Golden Room.
R$1.400,00 + 10% of service tax, per person

New Year’s Eve Dinners, December 31st

Cipriani Restaurant      from 8 p.m
  Six-course menu including beverages and live piano.
  R$1.200,00 + 10% of service tax, per person

  Pérgula Restaurant      from 8 p.m
  International Buffet including beverages and live DJ by the pool. 
R$1.200,00 + 10% of service tax, per person

Payment
Reservations are subjected to availability and will only be accepted upon full non refundable payment by one of the following methods:

• A local bank deposit (acceptable up to December 25th, 2009). Banco Bradesco, account 655-6, agency 3369-3 (Empresas Central Rio),  made out to Cia. Hotéis Palace. Please send us a copy of the deposit by fax or email. Please mention your name, telephone and fax number for further contact.
• By Credit Card – please find an authorization form attached to be completed and returned to us by fax or email.
• Payment by local check (up to December, 25th 2009) or cash should be paid directly to the New Year’s desk.     

Children
Full payment is required for children of any age. Please note that children under 6 years old are not allowed at Cipriani Restaurant.
For children above this age there will be a special child menu available.
